Mr. Bush has spent over ten years in the telecommunications industry and has held key senior-level positions with several prominent companies, including Global Crossing, Sprint, and Cable & Wireless. At Global Crossing, Mr. Bush ran the Enterprise division responsible for over $500 million in revenues while managing his division in becoming the worldwide standard during his tenure.
Mr. Bush received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Business from California State University, Pomona. He is on the board of directors with two different successful institutions and a member of numerous chambers and associations within Southern California.

Dr. Don's career spans over eight years in the aerospace industry as a rocket scientist for the Titan IV missile, including acting as Mission Manager for many classified missions. Dr. Don also spent over eight years in the automotive industry, leading the North American and European Business Unit for a privately held company that was eventually acquired by Robert Bosch GmbH. Since 2006, Dr. Don has worked with over 150 organizations. Dr. Don has also had the privilege of taking on executive roles, including Interim CEO, with several startups in the medical field, including companies introducing new and innovative products for EMTs, new cloud‐based software products for pharmacists, implantable nanotechnology devices for glaucoma patients, new orthopedic devices, and many others. Dr. Don's broad base of experience ensures relevant examples and stories for virtually any audience.
Dr. Don holds a B.A. (with honors) in Engineering Physics from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Engineering Management from West Coast University in Los Angeles, and a Doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California. He has also earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA), he is a Board member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), and the Immediate Past President of the Santa Barbara Symphony Board of Directors.
